How do you ensure the wine arrives safely?
We use specialized, shock-absorbent packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage. For temperature-sensitive vintages, we offer climate-controlled shipping options to maintain the wine's integrity.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid photo ID and sign for any package containing alcohol. We cannot leave wine shipments unattended on porches or doorsteps.
What is your policy if I receive a 'corked' or damaged bottle?
We stand by the quality of our selection. If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement bottle.
