Description: 
The No. 9 Rosato from Italy is made from the grape varieties Glera and Raboso. After harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the presshouse, where they are sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.

Tasting Note:
Light on its feet and complex, this light sparkling wine is offered on the palate. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Cielo 10 Rosato appears wonderfully fresh and vibrant on the palate. In the finish, this rosé from the Veneto wine region impresses with good length. Once again, notes of jasmine and lavender can be detected.

Food Matches: It pairs perfectly with yogurt mousse with poppy seeds, elderflower yogurt ice cream with lemon balm, or coconut kefir cream.
