Domaine de Vedilhan Sauvignon Blanc
Limoux, France
75cl bottle
The Domaine has been in the hands of the Vedilhan family for generations, Patrick took over and has brought new vision and an experimental style to the Domaine. He is often the last of his neighbours to harvest. Located above the banks of the Cher River, the soil is predominantly sand based giving the wines a fruit driven, immediately appealing style.
Attractively aromatic, rich dry Sauvignon showing the fruit character of fully ripe grapes. Exotic fruits in abundance on the nose and just a hint of mint. On the pallet its fresh and tangy and the finish is fruity and moreish.

Cami del Drac, Carignan Blanc, Vielles Vignes
Languedoc
75cl bottle
This Carignan Blanc vineyard is planted in the village of Tarerach at 550m altitude on granitic sand soils. Rooted between the high peaks of the Pyrenees and the flats of the Vallée de la Têt that meet the sea, the specific block of vines face the Dragon Roc, a natural rock formation atop the Crête de Serrabonne. A very long and slow fermentation with lengthy lees contact without stirring. Malolactic fermentation. No fining. In the words of the winemaker, ‘this is a wild wine, made in a shed in the hills of the Roussillon.’ Expressive, floral and vibrant. Citrus fruit flavours combine with a subtle herbal twist and minerality through to the finish.

Chateau Des Gravieres, Graves Blanc
Graves, France
75cl bottle
A French Grand Vin from Graves, Bordeaux, this white wine from Chateau des Gravieres uses hand picked grapes from 30 year old vines cultivated on a 3 hectare gravel soil vineyard. A wine with a brilliant pale yellow colour with green reflections. A nose with wonderful aromas of citrus fruits, white peach, lychees and exotic fruits of exceptional finesse. This wine brings an astonishing roundness in the mouth with a very nice freshness, and a length which reveals a magnificent minerality in the finish.

La Lisse Soie Chenin Blanc
Languedoc, France
75cl bottle
This ripe yet crunchy fruit gives this wine its freshness, vigour and spine and at the same time its luscious texture which is further complemented and enriched from one third vinified and matured for nine months in seasoned French oak. A delicious wine, crisp and dry with refreshing acidity and a hint of creaminess, with mouth filling ripe fruit and a long lingering finish.
